Look, I Remixed Black Taxi
Oh boy, now there’s this. Two in a day and no way to explain it. I cannot offer you continuity. I can, however, offer pretty good quality. Much like the bins at your local junk shop, there will sometimes be records that will astound you and at other times will annoy you but mostly will just make you bored and frustrated, and I wish I was the type of guy who made One Type Of Track and could give you six dozen of them every Easter but it doesn’t look like things are shaping up that way. So here’s the track. YOU CAN DOWNLOAD IT FOR FREE but you have to enter your email address. It’s not a scam, it’s not a spam, it’s just the way shit works in the year 2012. You’ll get an email once in a while when either me or the Black Taxi boys are up to something we think you should hear about. It’s a pretty good deal.
You can find Black Taxi’s stuff here. They are a great band, and worth checking out if you can catch them live, which is becoming more and more difficult as they sell out every damn place they play. But them’s the breaks. Stay awake!
Stairways and Doors
This is…really new stuff. To me, anyway. A different process, a different attitude. It feels right. I can’t figure out exactly what it is, or whether it’s any good or not, but it feels more honest than a lot of the crap I’ve made recently. I don’t have funny artwork, or a good genre to identify it, or anything else that sounds like it, but that’s life.

They did, however, cut “Teardrops” from the release because we didn’t write it, and SOPA put a big scare into everybody, so it’s only a six-song release if you get it from them. You can, however, still get the full 7-song EP on our bandcamp page because we are fucking outlaw gangster cowboys and we do not care. Also, we did an awesome job with that song and I challenge Sir Elton John or anybody else to say otherwise.
